These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between wibbd ("we", "our", or "Platform") and each member ("you" or "User") who uses the wibbd platform and its associated services. By registering on the Platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

wibbd is an online betting and casino platform providing entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. This platform operates under SSL encryption and a fair play policy.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

wibbd reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. A national identity card or passport, along with other supporting documents, may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Creating more than one account for the same individual is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts and their balances may be cancelled.

The security of your wibbd account is entirely your responsibility. Follow the guidelines below to keep your account secure:

• Never share your login details with any third party.
• Always log out after using a public device or network.

All financial transactions on wibbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are accepted: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

4.1 Minimum Limits

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (per method)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically 10 to 45 minutes

4.2 Deposit Terms

Once a deposit is completed, it is generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact the support team. wibbd does not charge any processing fee on deposits, however your payment service provider may apply their own fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Before requesting a withdrawal, all active bonus wagering requirements on the account must be fulfilled. Withdrawals will only be sent via the same method used to make the deposit. Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is incomplete.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, wibbd reserves the right to suspend the relevant account and funds until the investigation is complete.

wibbd offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page. This section describes the general bonus terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 Bonus Cancellation Conditions

A bonus may be cancelled under the following circumstances:

• Attempting to take advantage of bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Violating the bonus terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• The wagering requirement is not met within the specified timeframe.

Betting on wibbd is for entertainment purposes. All bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules and platform terms.

6.1 Bet Settlement

Bets will be settled based on the outcome of the game or event. If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, the bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting Guidelines

Betting is available on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. The bet types and rules for each sport will be detailed on the relevant sport's page. All bets must be accepted before the market closes.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

If there is a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, please contact the support team. wibbd's decision will be considered final. Disputes must be raised within 3 days of the result being announced.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wibbd platform:

• Money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Fraudulent activities, such as using card counting systems or game manipulation.
• Abusing bonuses by operating multiple accounts.
• Harassing or behaving indecently toward other members.
• Using automated software (bots) or other technology to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Using wibbd's intellectual property without permission.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Operating an account using a third party's funds.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account termination and all funds may be confiscated.

wibbd is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access to an account.
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
• Issues arising from a user providing incorrect information.

8.1 Right to Modify Services

wibbd reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any game, service, or feature at any time without prior notice. wibbd will not be liable for any loss incurred by a user as a result of a service change.

10.2 Reasons for Termination

• Serious breach of these Terms.
• Participation in prohibited activities.
• Providing false information.

10.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You can close your account at any time. Contact our support team. Before closing, make sure all eligible funds have been withdrawn.
